Case Study: 10-12 East Parade, Leeds, UK
Transforming a Grade II listed building into an award-winning multi-use facility.
We entered into a joint venture to acquire, redevelop, reposition, and operate a grand old building in the centre of Leeds, UK.

- Strategic Vision: Our objective was to repurpose a grand old building into the cities leading modern workspace facility.

- Reposition: Our solution was to create a modern flexible workspace and social facility, incorporating office space, hot desks, bars and cafe.

- Redevelopment: We took the building back to its bare bones to ensure that we created something that would last another century.
